Dawn’s work provokes a strong reaction, whether informed by superstition and belief in its mythical evil nature, or through learning that ravens are in fact highly intelligent and characterful creatures, that wheel and loop through the air for the joy of it alone. This series of photographs brings the Ravens movements in to sharp focus enabling its character to shine through the images. Dawn Mills is a well established artist in Cumbria, having exhibited in many local exhibitions as well as having work shown in a variety of galleries.
